dunno about bovada but standard for uk bookies would be to give you half odds if its a 2 way tie.

if you got 10/1 on £5 you're getting £25+£5

The few books that are open for US bettors are terrible. Especially since Pinnacle stopped serving US players. You can't lay bets, chintzy odds, (compared to UK counterparts) etc.

I've been using Bovada for a few years, since it is the best we got.

Half odds makes perfect sence, but I would be shocked if Bovada did that.

Hopefully will be a moot point this weekend, but I'm sure Lester will be setting up Vardy to score every possible goal..

Settled to half stakes to be nitty.

Anyway, it depends on the rules of the individual sportsbook. Some have tiebreakers for some markets but I'd guess it would most likely be split in this instance.

Draft will almost certainly be over a couple days with each person having a 12hr clock or whatever to make their picks. Il post the picks of my Aussie friends in a seperate thread or whatever.

1. Ashley
2. BAIDS
3. Ash friend 1
4. Ash friend 2 (maybe)
5. Marek_Heinz
6. LFC_USA
7.
8.

Two spots (possibly three) remaining
I was going to make a EuroSweep for my Aussie friends with the following payout structure

Winner: 8 units
R/UP: 4 units
Semis: 2 units each
Fastest Goal: 2 units
Worst Team (points, GD, Goalscored): 2 units
Biggest Loser : 2 units: (haven't got a name for this category, but basically it is the round of 16 team that loses to a team that loses in the QFs, that loses to a team in the semis that loses the final.

For example, in the 2014 World Cup, that team would have been Greece (lost to Costa Rica in R16, CR lost to Netherlands in QFs, Netherlands lost to Argentina in SFs, Argies lost to Germany in the final).

Decent payout structure which adds some luck/variance and gives a sweat to some teams with very little shot of making the final four teams.

I don't want to be responsible for it here, but if someone wants to copy the payout structure and create their own sweep feel free.

That they were LOL players was never part of his argument though, it was even though they are good selling them is still dream summer.

Best #BPL win percentage as @SpursOfficial boss:
59.1% - Sherwood
53.7% - Villas-Boas
50.7% - Pochettino
Pretty amusing.

Doesn't surprise me, as the club clearly doesn't have any semblance of a succession plan.

Arsene. Hope it comes with a pay raise too just to make the rabid WOB idiots extra furious.

In for Eurodraft, despite my knowledge of international football being on a par with Fan's FPL skills.

I guess The Lester Effect has started (i.e. owners of mid-table clubs thinking they might blink the league by replacing a perfectly adequate manager, while not also considering they might get relegated if it goes wrong. See: The Newcastle Effect)

Wenger can stay as long as he wants. Iconic for the EPL and we would most probably get into a little United cycle when he leaves. The later the better.

also top4 torphy here we come. WOO WOOOOOO

Given that they got rid of their last manager after he had led them to promotion to the Premier League, I think it's more likely to be the Watford effect.

I think Rafa Benitez is available...

He had magnificent hair back in the day IIRC.

I don't see him being the right fit for the modern Arse image. For me he'd be perfect - a modern, foreign George Graham (based on the little that I know).

was expecting better, not particularly voluminous and lots of forehead on show. more suited to a mid table team i think.

Yeah this, quiche saint flowers leaving is nothing to do with lester and everything to do with how Watford are run.

Yes, but I'd expect a good half a dozen boardrooms will be asking their managers "So how can we do a Lester next season?" during the course of the summer. At which the manager bursts out laughing, and then stops when he realises they are serious, collecting his p45 on the way out.

I seem to remember Lester's new Thai owners being heartily lol'd at two years ago when they said their goal was to win the PL/qualify for the CL within 3 years (or something like that). I'm guessing they are all busy patting each other on the back for being such brilliant owners, for appointing Ranieri, etc.
