I want to see Mourinho go nuts and maybe even cry. Hopefully there are some journo's there ready to wind him up to the hilt.

You'll be sucking on his nuts in a couple of years.

Not sure why people are hyping up a Mourinho vs someone CL game. Unless the other team gets an early goal, it's bound to be boring. It's been like that with Chelsea, Inter and now Real.
04-27-2011 , 06:26 PM
LOL, I can't understand how anybody can say pepe's foul deserved only a yellow.

cant wait to get to watch some real football (no pun intended) next week when madrid are forced to come out of their own defensive 1/3rd (5-0 pt.2?). butnahh TSO will probably set them up that way anyway because he feels thats their best way to score/avoid embarrassment

lol this is def one to add to the troll repertoire

not that it means much bc it was a fluky chance, but Ozil shouldve put RM ahead and i forgot it till just now. barca were not running things before the red
04-27-2011 , 06:28 PM
Almost everybody in the netherlands jumps on the barca bandwagon, commentators & annalists. i am sick of it. Does this **** happens also in UK and other places?(where ever you guys come from?)

Also why is there so much focus on ball possesion? what does it really say? In the netherlands they dont show any graphs of where the ball is exactly rolling which should give a more accurate picture of the favorite or the game in general.

Saying "football is a contact sport" doesn't mean "Hey, Horizon, post some red card tackles which resulted in horrific injuries." I applaud your literal translation of my words though. Keep it up, two down, hopefully a handful to go!

assuming you're referring to when he had that rebound that valdes spilled, ozil was called offsides (and was clearly off).

sort of. they are lauded for great play/success. Messi is hailed as a god of football (fair enough). but they also pointed out today that biscuits is a pathetic bitch for his antics, and had a go at pedro too.

because it's funny that an Arsenal fan play the contact sport card

Doesn't that completely make my point that an Arsenal fan is saying that Barcelona fans are complaining way too much about every foul should be a yellow/red card? When "even an Arsenal fan" says you guys are making Football too much of a non contact game for < expletive >?

You keep making my point stronger without even realizing it. Kind of endearing.

Top notch goal

Messi>>>>>>>>>>Real defence.

No way he would've scored that goal against a proper English defence tho.

Norway here.

Everybody on TV are gay for Barca. The Barca love for the past 5 years or however long it has been is making me sick. Im not sure if it's the football they're playing or the results they're getting that makes people like them. Possession, possession, possession. Midfielder to midfielder to right back to keeper. Barcas style of play might be the most +EV but I wish they'd be a bit more keen on getting the ball forward and risking losing possession a bit more.

Ofc, on a night like tonight, both sides didnt really make that much, untill Messi decides to end it with two nice goals. Ronaldo didnt do anything except a couple shots on goal.

I've hated Real Madrid for as long as I can remember, today I wanted them to win.
04-27-2011 , 06:59 PM
haha, Barsa in now sueing mourinho due to his post match statements.

Oh, how I've missed Barcelona fans and their homer-ism.
meh Chopsuey mentioned Antti Niemi so I added that people here felt the same way. My fwiw was meant to say that people should take it for what its worth.

heh that's a little silly given that you probably never heard these guys talk. Schmeichel likes United a lot, Elkjęr likes all Italian teams and Brian Laudrup never says anything interesting. Im pretty sure they are not overly influenced by slightly more people liking Barcelona than Real.

Still its obviously not definite proof of anything. Im not trying to say it is.

He goes over the ball and catches Alves halfway up the leg, studs first, agree?

Im baffled that you dont even think its close to a red, but whatev. I dont really care enough to talk much more about this. People should generally spend less time talking about the ref iyam.
04-27-2011 , 07:02 PM
how do ppl think TSO sets out his side next week? no ramos, pepe, khedira(iirc)

my guess off top of my head would be something like:

arbeloa ---albiolol --- carvalho --- marcelo

----------diarra -----xabi--------

- - - - - - - - - ozil- - - - - - - -
ronaldo - - - - - - - - - - - - dimaria
- - - - benzema/ade/higuain- - - -

If real are the second best team in the world, then the rest have make up massive ground to catch up with Barca.

2nd best team in the world should not have to resort to ultra negative tactics for their best chance to get someting from a game they played at home.

how did strachan get that gig? ****ing annoying Ginger ****!

Another typical Barcelona refereeing, that's all I have to say about this game.
