Also Saleh should not be let go but last night was unbelievably embarrassing. Procedures last night were very toigh to watch. A WR being yelled at to line up correctly is just awful.

How would you characterize a situation like the Chiefs where (among other things) people on O and D can't line up correctly?

2024 is year 4 on his rookie contract (with 5YO). Cutting him doesn't do anything except for opening a roster spot.

I dont know or have heard of any issues defensively for the Chiefs. The offsides stuff is whatever. Attention to detail. That's different from a guy not knowing to be up on the ball.

In my opinion officials should be more vocal in that spot. They tell coaches about DL being over the line all the time.

I don't think we've discussed it itt....the Packers/Jaire Alexander situation seems bizarre

and now all of a sudden there's reports that the Packers may not pay his option bonus in the offseason and let him walk? or more likely trade him)

$27m dead cap if they do that vs only $24m cap hit if he's on the roster (obvs there are ways of pushing the dead cap down the line) but he's also a 26yo 2 time all pro at a premium position.

guessing there's some disconnect with him and the coach but seems insane to me.

Would have been absolutely ridiculous if the Packers lost a possession over him not knowing the right wording.

But his IDGAF mentality about it on a team that's in the middle of the playoff race is a terrible look. Still seems unlikely the Packers want to take on that cap hit which would be the largest ever for a non-QB?
