As someone who has multiple big bets on the Phillies to win the WS, it’s a tough call. Phillies have the best home field advantage in baseball. But I think the Astros are a better team than the Rangers. I’d take home field and trust the Phillies to win 3 out of 4 at home and one on the road to clinch the title.

If the Rangers get home field, they’ll almost surely win one of the 3 middle games in Philly. It tough for the team that has the middle 3 games at home to win all of them. Then the Phillies would have win at least 2 in Texas.

It’s a tough call but I’d always take HFA.
