Probably a stupid question on Poker Tracker 4, but how do connect 3 names AND how do I see all?

How do I see the old list from PT3 that would list every hand possible that you could receive. It would than tell you how many times you got dealt those hands, how much you were up or down from them, and you could click on a hand to review all previous instances of that hand. Is this feature still in PT4? And if so, how do I see it?
One last question...
I play on 3 sites, with two being the same screen name, and one being different. Is there any way I can link those 3 names together so when I'm looking at the stats and graphs it connects all my play together? Thanks a ton for any help!
