Poker Tracker 3 or
Holdem Manager support thread.
Making a new thread for every question / problem just clutters up the forum for everybody else and also makes it a hassle for their support to see your post. If you post in the correct thread their support teams will see it straight away (ie: because they are "subscribed" to the thread...) and it also makes it much easier for other forum users who may have, or have had, the same problem as you to see the post (and reply).
We don't lock threads very often in the Software Forum, but misplaced HEM/PT3 threads are an exception.
