whats the trick with the installation of these mods?
i downloaded that freeasalways mod ( http://rapidshare.com/files/406808609/freeasalways.rar ) thats on page 610 of this thread. i unpacked all the stuff into c:\programsX86 and i got asked if i want to overwrite. i clicked "overwrite all"
nothing changed so far. i tried on racetrack and classic table and tried some card options, no changes

had that on and had that off. these cards are just damaged. when i make the table smaller the cards go back to standard ftp. when i make the table bigger SOME cards switch to the new layout, no clubs.
anyway i tried to order pennymods from fozzy now. i hope it works because i had to "fake" the state/postal code and phone number. couldnt enter any german data there.

Customers from outside of the USA will have to use only their correct email address for now. You can enter any nonsense for the other fields. I recommend a single 'x' for all the alpha fields, and 11111 and 999-999-9999 for the Zip Code and Phone.
I just released the pennymods so you should have a download link now.

Hey, I tried changing the notetaking png file for the table view, but nothing happened. Are there any mods that have a note color system similar to stars' current one?

Search for the line (near the end):
<image_object x="5" y="29" url="Graphics/NewTable/Common/Pod/RankDiodes.png" id="rank_nobadges" />
and change it to
<image_object x="8" y="20" url="Graphics/NewTable/Common/Pod/RankDiodes.png" id="rank_nobadges" />
Restart client for change to take effect.
(I don't use Classic table view, so don't know what to change X/Y to in that folder's Layout.xml)
BONUS FOR HEM USERS
And if you want to have HEM icons that match FTP's, you can swap the smallicons.png file for this one, in folder C:\Program Files (x86)\RVG Software\Holdem Manager\Images

Does anybody know what happened to the default basepods in recent FT updates (~1-2 months ago)?
e.g. this doesn't seem to be the location anymore: ...Full Tilt Poker\Graphics\NewTable\RaceTrack\Pod

hmm..OK I'm exploring and I see:

And there's a file "pod_badges_off.svg" which looks like the default pods now (without the badges). So this badges thing has jacked it all up?

i'm pretty sure if you look in the options. there might be something there. to turn it off. might have to change the layout file to make it move to the top or something.

I wasn't trying to get rid of it completely, just to move it off where it is currently. I know of a way to move the chips by editing the layout.xml file but the "Total Pot" writing in the middle of table is what i'm after and i can't seem to find it anywhere.
