Anyone got a summary of what McCulllough said the facts of the case were?

Like, do we know yet why the grand jury reached their verdict?

It seems like just dismissing the grand jury as wrong is conspiratarding, but at the same time it seems like we haven't been clued in yet why this wouldn't be an indictment.

The transcripts of this grand jury are going to come out right? I dont know much about legal stuff, but what happens if it becomes incredibly obvious the prosecutor just phoned it in and didnt even try? Does double jeopardy apply to grand juries?
