Sandy Hook to Trump: 'Help us stop conspiracy theorists'

Surely a non-zero chance that Trump confirms that Sandy Hook was fake news?

I hope the parents are in the process of suing Alex Jones. This ********** deserves jail time so no settling.

That's how science works. It's a feature.

One could argue that a personality disorder is a mental illness.

good read, Newsweek going hard...

The White House is doing plenty to undermine the investigation of Russian interference in the 2016 presidential race.

The last thing we need is the chairmen of the congressional committees charged with investigating the attacks helping the Trump administration subvert their own investigations. But that is the situation we find ourselves in and why an independent commission must investigate this assault on our democracy by a hostile foreign power.

Two weeks ago, FBI Director James Comey revealed that the FBI has an open investigation into possible collaboration between Donald Trump’s campaign and Russian government officials to influence the election results.

The problem is that the original recommendation wasn't based on anything. It was just made up based on gut feelings and almost certainly harmed and killed a lot of children. There is a lot of pediatric medicine that seems to be reliant on the notion that you can just tell mothers what they are supposed to do without needing any particularly strong support for it, in ways that would never fly in any other branch of medicine.

Why is Trump talking about debate questions 6 months after the fact?

He's worse than a freshman girl in high school complaining about how she dumped her first boyfriend in the 8th grade.

The funniest thing about that is that he says "answers" instead of "questions". I think that says a lot. If he was fed something it was definitely answers and not questions. He is a lifelong cheater. He's so dumb and such a cheater that he can't really conceive of the benefit of being fed the questions.

That tweet has got to be a pure trolljob.

Coming soon out of Spicer's mouth: "By 'answers,' the president was referring to a broader definition which includes both answers and questions, since being given the questions is in a sense being given the answers. Plain and simple. I find it fascinating that you're all obsessed with process and words instead of substance."

In other news, Trump is getting sued again:

Quote:
Judge David J. Hale in Louisville ruled Friday that the suit against Trump, his campaign and three of his supporters can proceed. Hale found ample facts supporting allegations that the protesters’ injuries were a “direct and proximate result” of Trump’s actions, and noted that the Supreme Court has ruled out constitutional protections for speech that incites violence.

“It is plausible that Trump’s direction to ‘get ’em out of here’ advocated the use of force,” the judge wrote. “It was an order, an instruction, a command.”

Terrorist attack in Russia.

Trump talks about debate.

If anything, he does know how to divert and manipulate the media.

Can we just take a second to say that "stealing the debate questions" is like the dumbest ****ing scandal ever. Anybody could have predicted those debate questions, just like every other boring-ass Presidential debate. What she actually did that 45* would never do is prepare for the questions in advance and actually come up with good responses to questions that PROBABLY would have been asked anyway. What a joke.

And on the other side, you have somebody who can't explain how a bill becomes a law.
