I guess to spell it out for anyone who is confused, that's the Austrian flag, not the Australian flag. As you might imagine, this is not the first time this has happened. In 1999, an Australian skier won gold at the World Championships and they played the Austrian national anthem when she got on the podium. From memory it later turned out that they didn't have the Australian anthem on hand, because Australia never wins at skiing.

It is beyond insane that Pruitt still has his job. He has no role in the overthrow of the US government , he is just a hardcore con man who continues to operated unabated. In the past even the most deplorable representives would be pushing for his ouster but this guy continues unabated.

If it were not for democracy and the republic crashing and burning Pruitt would be front and center with investigations, hearings and ultimately a bi partisan ouster.

Little bit of gamesmanship on 5-4 decisions. The judges know how everyone is going to vote and in some cases will switch sides to write a separate dissent that covers other issues.

I think if decisions were completely blind the number of 5-4 decisions would be much less.
