She alleged that her e-mail account had been compromised, tipping the FBI off to the hacking.

On the Media had an interview with this guy (link). I'd bet money that he's diagnosably psychopathic. Seems to grasp that what he does is wrong in the abstract, but has zero sense of empathy.

Smiling for your mugshot is....strange. Jodi Arias did that too. Obv it doesn't look very remorseful, and I hear being and appearing remorseful has an impact on one's case. No. The judge said that false claiming someone was in the video is defamation. If it was true it would not have been illegal. Revenge porn is perfectly legal.

Porn is simulated and consensual.
