Jfc inso0 has many times are you going to be fooled by racist chain mails?

His Google search showed a single case of assault covered by multiple outlets 3 years ago and nothing more current, so yeah, airtight proof of the inherent criminality of black youth, not just some clickbait targeting cowardly racists.

The cops and the FBI don't decide what to charge people with, or how hard to push for sentencing. That's all on the DA and judge. (Unless your name is Hillary Clinton, then the FBI will play spoiler for you)

The other link in that post was to a couple dozen murders committed by people who should've been in prison.

Maybe you're right and Milwaukee is just like every other DA office in the country. If so, that doesn't make it any less of a problem.

I read that article (the passage I quoted was from that one) and, what? Like, under a "one strike and you're out" policy, offenders of any kind get locked up forever so they can never re-offend?

Quote:
Previously, Allison had been convicted of possession of a firearm by a felon, 2 counts of theft of movable property, and resisting/obstructing an officer.
Lock him up forever!

Quote:
He has no prior criminal history.
Lock him up for-wait, oops

Quote:
According to Wisconsin Circuit Court Access, Cole had previously been convicted of possession of a firearm by a felon and driving/operating a vehicle without consent.
Lock him up forever!

Quote:
Luokka was convicted of an OWI (2nd) in 2007 and a misdemeanor battery charge in 2003.
Lock him up forever!

I stopped here and I'm sure there are cases here and there that validate the position that some more people should be in jail, but LOL at your characterization of that article.

I am absolutely okay with 10 years for a felon in possession of a gun. NO good is going to come of a felon with a gun.

If lots of people do their 10 years for that and then come out and murder someone, I guess we'll revisit the minimum sentence. If 1% of the country being in prison isn't enough, let's expand capacity and move some more low end manufacturing to the prisons. Let people work off their sentences with good behavior and productivity.

What part of his post made you make that up?

Why are we even letting people out? Just so they can go kill again? One strike for any violent crime and enforced servitude for life I say. Maybe building some large public works.

You sure have a lot of sympathy for murderers.

Exactly! Thiefs should have their hamstrings cut so they can't rob again. Or maybe cut off a hand. Or if you hurt someone you should be able to inflict the same pain on them. Paralyze someone and the state paralyzes you.

You are clearly talking about murder here?

Felons with guns are dangerous. A felon with 2 gun charges should go away for a long time. I can't hold your hand much more than that.

Exactly! Maybe forced labor for 60 years for a gun charge?

Isn't it a right" to own a gun in USA?

How long do you think the sentence should be for a felon with 2 gun convictions?

It's really sad that instead of trying to have a logical discussion and attempting to diffuse racism where it may exist, you actually want other people to be racist.

You asked a question, two posters responded with answers, but they were answers you did not like.

You are asking others to contribute by saying "if you have something to contribute, then by all means, please stay" -- My question for you is what are you contributing? I don't understand how it is constructive to ask trick questions then getting mad when others reply with what you are asking for.

We can read what he said. He believes fabrications about a plague of assaults that are allegedly racially (anti-white) motivated but are instead a gross exaggeration designed to stoke racial (anti-black) animus. He also believes that we need to lock up more black people for more time and put them to work.

Um no. Did you actually read his post or were you wearing some special glasses that turn non racist statements into racist ones?

He said to lock up more people, not black people.

Of those people(of which no mention is made to them being black), he proposed that they be able to reduce their sentence through manual labor...as in an option.

He said nothing of reducing their sentence, he said work off their crime.
