Personally, Hillary was my last choice among Dems but still way ahead of any GOP. I fear the idiots in Congress with no opposition President to stop them.

I give Hilary a 7 to 8/10. Obama is an 8 to 9 given the circumstances he's had to work with. She's well ahead of Kerry or Gore in my book, if only for general competency (which is really important to me). Pretty close to Bill, though probably better.
