Had he replaced the word God with Russia, maybe it would have been more accurate.

A huge percentage of the time the interim guy just runs unchallenged in these super safe seat appointment scenarios. And Strange already had a guy who tried to primary him from the right, Mo Brooks.

But Breitbart and the Bannon wing decided to go hard into the tank for a goddamn pedophile, for literally no reason I can think of. Strange would've been a typical red state backbencher, a reliable vote who never got any headlines.

Nope, I go back to my original statement, looks like he's going to win by about 1.6 percent.

I’m never not trusting the NYT predictor again. I thought it was on crack when it said Trump was going to win PA and I thought it was again tonight. Right both times

They rode his coattails when it was clear he was going to defeat Strange. Are we giving Bannon too much credit?

Apparently the write-ins are only valid if the person is eligible for office. Presumably lots of them aren't.

But that will only serve to increase the margin, not decrease it, as the Moore camp suggested.

Bannon isn't trying to advance R policy, he's trying to burn everything down.

Seems ridiculous to be entertaining this vote-counting conversation when we're seeing a 1.5% margin.
