Would the Clinton campaign commandeering a series of buses to transport voters for free be construed as vote buying?

Cap. Wish they would do a classic "What has happened to my America?" story with Cap and the Trumpkins. DJT obv a plot by Red Skull to undermine democracy.

It shouldn't be because once they get into the booth they can vote for whoever they want.

If that's the best skewing they can do, then I'm supremely confident in a Clinton victory.

There's a fine line between being a good soldier for a lost cause, and going crazy by drinking the kool-aid. Kelly Anne Conway is being the good soldier. Jeff Lord drank the kool-aid.

These Clinton Emails are like normal office emails right?

"Running late to the meeting. Be there in 10."

"K. Save your seat?"

"Yes"

I think the people like Pence and Conway who just pretend that Trump didn't say some fo the awful things he's said will come out much better than the people who've supported his worst views such as Christie.

From what I read, it's a not a major issue. Everyone is within 5-10 minutes walking from a voting station and Uber, Zipcar, and Lyft are offering free rides for people to vote.

This sort of tweet is why I'll forever be on Nate's nuts when it comes to his integrity, dude is clearly an honest guy who isn't grifting, which is incredibly non-trivial for anyone in the prediction business.

He's actually being unfair to himself. This is Wang's distribution. Even 340 electoral votes for Hillary is a lolbad result for the chances your model is good if this is what it thinks.

Not sure off the top of my head what Garland's views are on abortion and SSM, but Obama would auto-keep them intact, and that's the right's biggest fear.

I think that everyone will come off fine, because they all more or less did the same thing.

The number of republicans with a spine who unequivocally denounced trump from the very beginning (and I'm not counting butthurt primary foes like Jeb or people completely out of politics with nothing at stake), is miniscule. I can't even think of 15 off the top of my head. They'll all give some silly explanation about how they didn't agree with him, but he was the people's choice and they had to respect that and support him despite the strong reservations they had.

And everyone will forget and move on.

More like

"Running late to the meeting. Selling arms to those guys in Benghazi."

"K. Save you a partial birth abortion?"

"Sure. I hate veterans and hope they all die."

"Same."

IANAL but my understanding is that Garland is essentially liberal except when it comes to rights of criminal defendants.

If that's not accurate, anyone is free to correct me. I admit I'm not sure.

Agree with this. Imo Conway is a pro - as in a total professional at what she does.
