A great week to have used New Orleans as they don't look to have a lot of future value.

Next week Min, GB, LAR, Hou will all be heavily picked.

Week 7 will be toughest of the season, I think.

Depends on the pool obviously.

Will vary greatly.

Strongly considering the all-in Minny shove for all my remaining pools this week.

I mean on a percent discount from EV basis.

Say I have $10k in equity and want to sell 10%....is $750 fair?

Depends if ppl want to trust you continuing to pick. I think you'd stand a better chance of wholly selling your 10k equity position for 9k, than you would selling just a small piece.

Don't overestimate or underestimate your equity though-----all remaining entries are not of equal value. If you have a particularly strong entry you really should demand a premium rather than accepting a discount, and if your entry is weak then you should accept/demand less.

Some sites rank your remaining entry using an algorithm----but if you are not in one of those, you can make an assessment of your own.

i'd love to see the .25 and .06 nitrogen pools ev/entry

i might be doing some business here so any tools for evaluating remaining EV would be helpful. going by future value (as shown on survivor grid) doesnt seem enough

thanks

Yeah it starts getting pretty complicated to negotiate at that point. I might just start hedging if I am still alive in 2-3 weeks. Would help work though rollover requirements.

Tennessee cost me an entry in both the .02 & .06 pools in Nitrogen.

I have 1 entry each left in those. (2) in the .003 & (4) in the .0012 pools.

I still have 4 entries remaining in other standard pools. 1 entry in each pool. Was sitting pretty with 2 in 3 of them, but I went down with Tennessee hard this week.

Simple week coming up. Going with Minnesota in the pools I haven't used them in yet & going with Houston in the others.

I'd rather hold onto Green Bay out of the 3 and it's fun to have at least 1 highly picked team to fade every week.

Take a peak at Week 11. It's similar looking to a week last year where there was (1) 6 point favorite and everyone else was 3.5 or less. Unfortunately, their weren't any upsets in that week last year.

Titans cost me my 0.25 btc entry at Nitrogren. About 10 minutes before the Patriots game had started I decided to take them only there but couldn’t log in to the website. Log in started working again after the game started. So ended up deciding on Titans

I still have 2 left in each the 0.6, 0.02 and 0.01. I have 7 left in the second smallest buy in and 4 left in the smallest buy in. I have 2 entries left in each of two pools outside of Nitrogen.

Had I been able to login and pick Patriots in that 0.25 pool it would have been an awesome week. Losing that entry sucked.

I did bet a few grand on Bills second half +4.5 but wasn’t enough to ease the pain.

You probably won’t agree with this strategy, but if I get to week 11 with all 6 entries left I was gonna pick a game with a low spread and if 2 teams I haven’t taken yet and take both sides of the game and pray for no tie.

I think I like taking GB this week instead of Houston.

GB gets their bye next then they have @LAR, @NE. If they lose both of those games, the season could just kinda go into a tailspin at 3-4-1. Plus they don't really have great future value beyond San Francisco, and I'm a little worried about Rodgers reinjuring the knee and sitting out if they're out of playoff contention.

I did this in March Madness Survivor first year I played it. You could pick up until the last game started each day. My partner and I were down to 2 entries. We took the coinflip game and picked both sides. But I wouldn't do this for NFL

Think I'm gonna split it pretty evenly among the chalkier picks. MIN, GB, and HOU.

If you have a weak entry and want to gamble with a low owned team, to create a unique entry, Atlanta is not the worst play in the world.

19 people left in my $500 pool. I got one entry left and this is the last week you can rebuy. Me and 1 other person are the only ones who can still rebuy everyone else already used theirs up. They will all be on minny or Green Bay or Houston. I’m thinking about taking the jets also lol

I am using only these three teams this week. Though fairly well spread out I am heaviest on Texans. I still have Rams available in 10 entries of various pools but decided not to use them at all this week.

More Houston than Minnesota. Zero Green Bay. Last week of rebuys. Double picks. Taking Houston & Minnesota in all of them.

Ended up 3 hou, 2 min, 1 gb. Didn't want to take gb but given pool dynamics, not many others could take them so it was a good spot.

Any reason not to take GB? I thought about saving them for week 13 vs ARZ, but 70% in my pool already used them and I’m not confident Rodgers makes it to week 13.

I liked jets but bitched out and took Vikings. 19 left in pool. 3 on Vikings, 12 on Houston, 4 on packers.
