Everyone that fights him (and I fell victim to this earlier) seems to make a big mistake. Otherwise, they'd win. Right? What I'm realizing with this guy is that you can't make a mistake at any time in the fight. Be it KO or sub, that first mistake is your last.
To beat him you must fight a perfect fight from opening bell to final horn. That's a lot to ask of anyone.
The huge difference between him and guys like Charles Oliviera or Maia is that chin. He just keeps stalking like a pressure boxer. Never mind that his boxing just keeps getting better. Cub was winning the exchanges but not by a wide margin. This is not the same guy that lost boxing exchanges with Clay Guida.
