Hindsight 20/20, can't really cbet this on the spot though, just not the flop we're looking for with that hand. If I'm sitting with a mid pocket pair, I feel ok with a cbet if there's just one overcard, usually avoid it if there are 2 overcards though.

Edit: Oops, can't read. Monoboard. I'm out of here.

Do we want to 3 bet pre when we are deep with this crapy hand.
That's what happens when people watch too much Matt Janda. Videos. 3 bet the lot and then play OOP with a crap hand

3-bet or call is both fine. I doubt the EV of either action is much different.

I think flatting pre is better...in my experience the bovada 200nl pool will rarely fold the button there....I've tightened up my 3bet range there and just prefer taking flops with the majority of the players on the site...so many mistakes are made post flop it's absurd.

As played, I think check-fold is best.

It's obviously a 3b for value so if they never fold that's not a big deal.

3b needs to be larger at this stack depth though.

^ agree. Given these stack sizes, three bet should be somewhere closer to $20-$24 for value.
