regarding brian townsends bankroll recommendations, isnt he notorious for claiming that everyone vastly overestimates variance? 3bb/100 over 30k hands with 10k seems insanely under-rolled. i wouldnt recommend anyone move up with that crappy winrate over such an insignificant sample.

ya that is not good advice, I don't have a member to CR so I haven't seen in what context he makes that statement, but that's irresponsible to say when so many people trust your advice on all things poker related.. I think maybe because he moved up so quickly he thinks it would be advisable for others to take the same route.. but he's the exception rather then the rule

His management style only works if you're willing to move up and down frequently. Some people might not prefer that.

just played epic 50pl sesh where i got 1200bbs deep and played a few pots that were 600 plus biggest pot was like 750 but we both had str8 so w.e. other pots were 97 vs villians 44 allin on turn on 9 5 3 6 board lol 2 rivers. Epic waitlist too so sick i was just goofin around and it turned into a monster deep stack table very fun
