Tempted to stop playing PLO, to be honest.
Not only am I bad, but I seem to run bad too (let's face it though, being bad is the major reason behind losing). The only reason I'm really able to win is because I get a lot of 90/80 aggro donks who are willing to stack off with bottom pair and a gutshot. LolMicrostakes.

I'm a bit of an action player in NLHE though, and it transpires to my play in PLO. I rarely fold to 3bets, and play a lot of junk since I dislike waiting for hands.

Very bad. Players are either way too straightforward/passive, or are just maniacs and decide to 3bet 40%+.

Anywhere between 1 to 4 depending on how much action I can get.

Table selection-wise, I just sit at open tables, never sit versus someone sitting, hardly ever turn down action if someone sits.

it's when you decide to start winning again to stop losses

stop loss is an invention by people who have a tilt problem.

there is no reason to stop loss even if youre 100bis down if you know you have an edge.

never stop lossed, never lost. grind it out

Alas so many players are delusional, and everyone tilts (in a broad sense: deviates from the optimal strategy). A stop-loss is necessary as a prompt to double-check whether one indeed has an edge. It's not mandatory to stop, but it's vital to reevaluate once in a while, and episodes of big losses are natural candidates for such revisions.

not going to leave a table with a 99/80/70 whale deep IP when i just lost 5 Bis to him due to bad run bads, and i dont care if he runs like jesus himself, ill get his money, its just a matter of time.

The stoploss can vary depending on the apparent details of the situation, like the degree of fatigue or fish count (the quality of regs is tougher to assess and gives room for delusion), but it should be present in some way.
