I got a lift from him one time and we drifted against the kerb and the tyre walls rubbed and we drifted back into the road again. Everyone , his wife and family just made sure the seat belts were on and said nothing to distract him.

He drove pretty slowly and I think that is how they got stuck between the railway gates.

Seems fairly avg/ABC to me. But maybe he is just the type of coach that can help you. Id never ever pay 300/hour though.

There's a serious conflict of interest here.....
You will be playing him in the same stakes for a long time and I doubt he will be giving out 100% of his knowledge.

300$ kinda looks standard to me. The dude is playing 14-18 tables of 2/4~+ and winning at 4ptbb/100 not even counting the RB. How much would you guys expect someone winning ~400$+ per hour to charge for coaching ?

Not saying I would actually pay him 300 but w/e. It's all about cost opportunity, offer and demand and what not.

I would probably prefer paying him or 011080, 300$ per hour, over paying Tri's book 2500$ or w/e.

I doubt it. Probably pretty break-even redline but the dude just gets it in good all the time. Played a ton with him last year. He's pretty standard/ predictable and very fundamentally sound. Pretty much the opposite of urubu (and me)

I doubt he's winning 400$/h, but I think getting paid 300$/h is fine

Haven't played a lot w him, I can't say anything about him, so he's probably very good, if I haven't found any bad stuff

I could be wrong, but from what I've seen I really don't think there is anything that alien slayer is doing at midstakes PLO that sets him apart from another TAG regular.

alot of tags on stars are pretty terrible. Not many who do that volume with a 7bb/100 winrate. That he doesnt pull of some sicko bluff every 300 hands doesnt mean he cant be good

i respect Alien Slayer. I dont think hes that difficult to play against once you play againt him a lot but I cant argue with his longterm win rates. He literally crushes bad players to bits with his patience
