There's no universal answer to the question 'What's the best skin?', the right question is 'What's the best skin personally for me?': as always in poker, it depends, mainly on backup income or liferoll (to stomach months of saving points to get maximum value) and on monthly rake.

Skins and affiliates differ in size and thus in clientele. Titan is a huge skin, and it caters to very high volume players. I'd say it's optimal for those who rake >~$7K/month. Small skins and affiliates have smaller marketing (rake race) budgets, so their promos are tailored to deliver optimal cashback to players with smaller volume, not midstakers.

Flat deals are an archaism for lazy bones. Many legal iPoker deals return 70-85% to those with 4-5-figure monthly rake and enough stamina to hit VIP volume targets and race with fellow grinders (I don't mean degen mass-tabling in the last hours of the month - create an edge in advance).

The reliability of a skin does matter, but if it's prominent in other markets, e.g. is associated to a reputable sportsbook (e.g. Bet365, William Hill, Paddy Power, Betfred, Coral), it's a good sign of safety of poker funds because betting or casino revenue can cover them, though failures like Gutshot's happen.

Is there an option to auto choose "wait for bb" at Party? Also some mental tips how to survive with tables almost as ugly as IPokers..

Wait for their new client, hope it will arrive before July as announced and won't take ages like Lock's In the meantime, try TableNinjaPP (e.g. Doorbread is its happy user).

Edit: oops, PartyTools are now illegal because Party has banned FreePHG (it's normally used for datamining, but PartyTools relied on it even for hotkey purposes), but EZCash is still legal.

yes table ninja is all u need for party. i normally couldn't play more than 12 tables before i got it now i can 16+ pretty comfortably

MPN network deal anyone?

The best strategy for microstake players (MGR~$3K or less) on MPN is to bonus whore, changing skins every 1-2 months. Just continuously look out for rake races that have just started, they usually have better value until more players join. If you don't want to wander among skins, ask someone from MSNL MPN regs' thread.

But as I've said I'm pretty sure that some iPoker skins aren't going to ban Norway, and I've already given you too big a hint.

Indeed there is great value from MPN whoring... I have had good experiences with Ladbrokes and Stan James as an out of USA resident. The combo of 30% RB / Non-deducted bonii / rake races is quite potent for the BE SS PLO regs BR!

Edit to add: I just realized that Stan James has limited the number of concurrent tables to 4... Not the best for Bonus whoring but quite good for your game I imagine...

i played multipe tables on ipoker and suddenly in the middle of hands all tables closed and 2hr maintenance started. will the stacks be reset to as they before hand started? i had some money in a few pots.

Doesn't really matter what T&C says, I'd imagine every site has similar "we take responsibility for nothing and have the right to do whatever the fook we want" in their T&C.

Yeah, I'm exaggerating it a bit, have read too many Revolution horror stories about reconnecting some players earlier than the other to allow the former collect almost all blinds in MTTs that were lagging due to server overload but weren't officially cancelled... iPoker must be more honest for sure.

What napsus should do before drawing conclusions is check his account history and compare it with what OM says.

i'm pretty sure the hands got cancelled....i wonder though if the maintenance break is for all network or will hill only? seemed like the games kept running, or started again really fast after the break.

i'm not sure if it's just will hill but the client acts super weird, now it's been on offline mode for a long time...and sometimes it just automatically logs off (not when i'm playing tho).
