Yay. This might seem fairly intuitive, but regarding the diet I would be most interested in what diet he would put together for the simply feel good, most energy throughout the day. Like I'm sure some stuff is personal trial and error, but I'd like to hear some thoughts on his ideal diet that would keep his the most alert and energetic throughout the day not accounting for any sort of physique building or structural goals. (and/or how the physique building and energetic factors intermingle?)

Jiro Dreams of Sushi might be one of the best documentaries I've ever seen. Should be mandatory watching for any business looking to raise the professionalism of its staff.
