haha my friend urubu circa 2011 has returned for the past couple of years that was probably true but krmont has added his name to the teachers of that curriculum

I those hands you posted, I could probably find times I made the exact same plays with the exact same hands

If you people knew the full details on that "rage" story leading to the downswing , u would be like it really is epic , but I like Joe's style.. teasers mostly , he has to be vague #marriedproblems

That's not a leak, that's just not respecting your staker. Blowing off money on blackjack or flips is a leak or a problem if it is your own money... it's stealing when you do it with your stakers money for anything other than what they staked you for. This is pretty close IMO. I always though you were a cool guy with some flipping problems but it's pretty close to scum level to be dumping off stakers money like this and then posting it for the lulz in a public forum. If it truly was a leak because you have such emotional issues you can't throw away your stakers money surely you would be so ashamed of it you would tell your staker immediately and feel horrible about what you did... not post in 2+2 bragging about how it's in your arsenal to play -ev on purpose while being staked. You tilt/flip off your roll and then someone comes and stakes you to help you get back on your feet and this is how you show your gratitude? You are one step above giving a loan to a drug addict... barely.

this has partially been discussed, albeit in a bit less brash fashion glad i'm not the only one that feels this way.

You guys are idiots

Urubu has been crushing a looong time , and yeah he flips Alot, but he is still great. He has been a winning player over a huge sample and lots and lots of hands for years

He has a bit of Degen in him, and his backer knows this - it's part of the risk of backing someone so unique , so shut up, it has nothing to so with his talent and proven ability

Also, urubu has had Alot of swaps and loans from friends of mine AND NOT A SINGLE ONE has complained about him being dishonest over 5 fig loans for a Few days , so get that **** about his backer "knowing" out of here

I didn't say anything whatsoever about Urubu's PLO game. I am merely disgusted that he uses his stakers money to degen and brags about it. This is a public forum and if anyone reads this **** and thinks that is not stealing or in anyway "ok" to do when being staked I want to set that record straight. If Urubu and his backers have a good relationship and they don't mind him doing this that is between them, but as it comes across ITT it is disgusting and I hope no one in a stake agreement follows Urubu's example and begins to feel like this is just a "leak." Unless you have an agreement that it is ok (maybe Urubu does IDK), if you do this to your staker it is not a leak. It is stealing. That was my point.

meh, i didn't mean to just link my post in post #17589. i was trying to link to the thread so urubu's response and other's input would be displayed as well.

correct link.

U were the one I was referring to , ty for responding like a man

So, u don't think his backer is watching ?

I bet part of the staking agreement is that urubu plays like he normally does (winning poker over a sample, correct?) So with that in mind , the hands he shared aren't thaaaat crazy , like yes theyre fun to look at, but aren't completely insane , and are lol/gif worthy .. so just let it be
***High Stakes PLO BBV Thread*** Quote
03-16-2014 , 12:08 AM
haha nope, the hands he shared are def THAAAAAT crazy, that is not debatable

I think hoopman makes some pretty good points but I would also assume backer knows this might happen at some point. I also think with how unreal nit urubu plays the other 98 percent of the session it might work out in the long run for him by posting that in here and make it a bit +ev
