I think, that what we can learn from this is that we should never deny our opponents a chance to spazz out.

yeah stuy town is basically like a living area. mostly families. all the things you mentioned (basketball courts, theatre etc.) come with it. the biggest downside and this is just my opinion, is your location.

i have a small studio in west village. i've lived in the village for the last 2 years in a 3br apt and just moved. i love the area, the people, and its v. convenient for work so willing to pay higher price for a smaller space.
rent was 2.2k month and broker fee was 15% of annual rent, but negotiated down to 2.1k and 11.5%.

I wasnt involed on that hand but it made me lol:

two regs, both with about 3k in from of them, one just reloaded.
    one fish running hot covers

    live 2/5 game.

Fish OTB reraises to 100, Reg BB coldcalls, Reg and original raiser calls.

    Flop comes T92
checked to Fish who bets 300, both call.

    Turn comes 5
checked to Fish who bets 750, Reg 1 reraises, Reg 2 goes allin, Fish calles, Reg 1 calls. Pot about 10k

    Reg 1: KQJJ
    Reg 2: T987
    Fish : 34TK

    River comes A

    i love omaha

well obviously after that hand i was full stacked, also i probably would've just folded pre this hand if i was deep + didn't have the reads and not made any money so all-in-all it was pretty fantastic to be short right then

I consider short stacking in itself to be a burn tbh. But to each his own.
