Changing subject completely, Deldar, you were world scrabble champ or something, did you have many interactions w/ this guy matt graham at either scrabble or poker? Along with having some standup comedy success and being one of the very top scrabble players, apparently he is playing poker now too, tho it sounds like he's just nitting it up in some smallish stakes live game w/ clueless business guys.

I listened to this interview w/ him and was intrigued enough by it that I got the book (wordfreak) featuring him tho I haven't opened it yet. (Are you in that btw or before your time?) In the interview along w/ coming across as poorly adjusted and highly depressed but also very bright and honest. He said scrabble was 90% strategy/psychology and 10% vocab with a lot of luck, so no wonder high level scrabble translates well to poker much as MtG did. Small interview spoiler:

Havent heard that name in years. I never met him but know him from the book you have- Word Freak. I doubt I'll listen to the interview but that book is a fantastic read if you have at least a scintilla of interest in that sorta thing. Highly recommend it.

The game is definitely mostly composed of strategy elements. I find it much more interesting than poker, honestly, though I rarely play anymore. Poker is for f4ggots

While I'm always looking for an interesting night to end the festivities, my sole purpose was to go there to play poker. Although I do agree that the world opens up soooo much more once u go out and do stuff.. if I stay inside for too long pokering I can start to lose inner energy so I decided to wine and dine myself

(but i also do agree that girls are way way more important than poker, and if i hadn't recently had positive relations I probably wouldn't have been as content grinding alone as I was)

Yeah, was wondering if anyone else had misinterpreted your usage of "grind", I also enjoy both the poker grind and nightly activity grind and agree that too much of either without the other isn't good. Btw My first post was completely obnoxious and wouldn't have been made without copious amounts of alcohol in my system, in the future I will refrain from making posts on 2+2 when I am in a drunken stupor. The allusion to big butted Brazilians should have been a dead give away for anyone that took it seriously.

Seaking, whether or not you have a problem with someone has little bearing on whether they have a problem with you. A lot of people in hsplo have a problem with you but refrain from saying stuff too often because they're too nice, but you still get some abuse, because youre the most consistently dickish, arrogant poster around. If you just chill out and hover over the 'post' button more often before posting your idiotic vitriol, you will get trolled less.
