I thought Kanye took away from two humorous parts that haven't been discussed, both dealing with Eminem.

First, when J-Lo presents his award....isn't the clip of the video showing him spoofing her? If I remember correctly the video clip showed the J-Lo character in the video swinging her huge can around the room

Second, when Em gave the award to Lady Gaga and she said "this one's for the gays" or whatever, did you see the look on his face. Priceless

I thought the big but chick was Kim Kardashian. J-Lo has been out of the spot light for a while now.

Lady Gaga is just strange in everything I saw of her on the VMA, the blood, the way she dressed, the gay comment.

This thread is pointless. He does this every year and has done it so many times no one should be surprised. However, in his defense, he gave up an award once that he thought he didn't deserve.

I'm ok with the lack of humility a little bit. I would rather more people, especially athletes, just say what they want. We live in a world where advertising and public image are more important than on field performance. That being said, the way he approached it was wrong.

Also, people will still buy his music. Myself included. Why? Because there are very few, if any, artists that put out better commercial rap and I won't be spending my money on the New Boyz anytime soon.
