Yeah they taste like eggs with vinegar, one of my favorite foods. If you like boiled eggs and if you like vinegar and just pickled foods in general you’ll like it.

eggs are delicate, vinegar can get ****ed.

hospital eggs are my preferred style. light and fluffy. well beyond ardent for me to cook.
