I agree getting to the windows from the dock actually seems to work now. I'm 99% it didn't work on Mavericks. Or maybe there are some programs or ways of losing windows that make it not work right to get them back. There is definitely a problem if something steals focus while you're watching a chrome video in full screen mode.

Also I just found out that double-clicking the top bar of the window maximizes the window on Microsoft stuff. Woo hoo!

That stupid full screen mode that you can't even escape out of is just pure evil imo. Nobody wants that except for presentations. So put it as an option somewhere. Dedicating the green button to it is ridiculous.

I remember getting in fun arguments like why can't I cut and paste a file using Ctrl-X/Ctrl-V w/o having to drag the all over the place? The fanboys were like "Well obviously that makes no sense, where would the file go if you don't paste it?" Um I don't know stay in the same place like it does on Windows? And guess what - now you can Cut and Paste files. So maybe it did make sense after all.

Same thing goes with deleting one file from the trash. Used to be "Why would you ever want to do that? The trash is not your personal staging area. Anything in the trash should be actual trash and you should be ok with deleting all of it at any time." Well now with El Capitan you can delete an individual file from the trash. I guess that too made sense after all. Amazing.

Believe it or not there are some of us that can pick holes in any OS or UI we don't like without being fanboys of the other side. I generally like Macs a lot better, but they have a few annoyances.

The fact that men's underwear comes in size 34 and 36, but not 35. So too with standard men's sock sizes, at least in your typical department or sporting-goods store.

Sock sizes are a joke, especially if you're buying a simple 6 pack of athletic ones at, say, Costco. "Fits shoe sizes 6-12." OK, I wear a 13.5 shoe, so I either have to dig around in the piles to find the ultra-rare, elusive treasure of the XL pack (shoe sizes 13-16) or just have tight, weirdly fitting socks. There probably are better sock sizings in expensive pairs, but if I just want some cheap white Puma socks or whatever, well thanks for the pain in the ass.

Just start a foot binding program and get the 6-12s.

Why are we stuck in this sock regime in this day and age? Why can't some entrepreneur make custom-size socks?

I'm sure it has something to do with prices and being mass produced. I don't know anyone that would want to pay +$5 for 1 pair.

I would pay an extra couple of bucks a pair for socks that fit right.
