Come on, this is an irrelevant example and not even one that statistically represents a broad spectrum of people. Only a small percentage of the population does those things, and those who do likely all or most have psychological problems beyond social awkwardness/frustration.

Females tend to have more emotional intelligence and empathy. This is a natural result to be expected because their brains are hard wired to socially network and raise children, as opposed to men who are generally hard wired to provide food and compete for territory.

That's not to say that there aren't females who are generally as misanthropic and asocial as you and Ron_Burgundy, but I'd say they probably make up a lower percentage of females than males.

I think I'll explain my answer a little more. I'm pretty iresponsible, I'm incapable of doing things people tell me to do, or doing things people are depending on me to do. It really freaks me out if I know people need me to do something.

I get the feeling that the posters who claim they are "asexual" or are "incapable of having an intimate relationship" are merely using defense mechanisms because of a lack of success with the opposite sex in the past and a fear of failure.

I don't and have never felt that the rest of the world is insane. I'm well aware that I'm the abnormal one. But that knowledge can't instantly change how I feel. Do you expect me to just flip a switch and say "ok, I realize that I'm abnormal, I will now acquire a strong sex drive, and expert social skills to start banging women like a normal guy!" Awesome! I've known I was abnormal ever since I had the "prophecies" when I was about 5. My life is about doing things that make me happy, not doing things that make me feel normal. That's not to say I enjoy weirdness, it's just the way it is and I have no choice but to accept it if I want to be happy. However, if I ever develop an understanding of why/how people have "meaningful relationships" then I'll make every effort to persue that and not bull**** anyone about it. That's the whole reason why I started that other thread, I was hoping someone could articulate why they wanted to get married/have kids, but the only serious responses were vague at best.

A specification I have forgotten to make: sex with a super hot super intelligent super cool super compatible woman I would indeed likely find perhaps two or three or five times as good as the best kind of masturbation. But it would be silly to even hope to ever experience that.
