There should not be a comma after CST, but the meaning is still clear to me. The first comma makes it clear where the first dependent clause ends and that the time reference must be part of the other clause. But splitting that other clause with a comma is a mistake.

The awkward part is the phrase, "after tomorrow at 1:00". Yes, it would be much better to say, "after 1:00 tomorrow".

Maybe when the blimp goes back underneath that great big shell-shaped thingee, whatever it's called, they deflate it and put it on one a these. Ya ever think about that?

I'm not sure if this "author" Dale Courtney is genuine or has just created a terrific gimmick that actually sells books by making them outrageously terrible deliberately. Either way he has achieved a degree of notoriety and success from his Moon People books.

That stuff can be difficult to write.

There's a BMW 335i and there's also a BMW 335is. Pluralizing the former can make it seem like the latter is in discussion. It happens all the time with cars because an "S model" is a pretty common occurrence from just about every brand.

Near-minimum wage clerks make those signs, they aren't running anything. But the bosses who know better should have made them fix it.

Watched a hostess at a sports bar write out the daily specials on a white board.

Chili Dog's
Chili Berger's
Bloody Mary's

Someone told her there was a mistake. She corrected it.
