Part of the fun of yesterday included coming home to a note from my landlord that the building had been sold (I thought this was coming after a random insurance related inspection a few weeks ago).

Just looked at the facebook page for the company that bought the place, and it sure seems likely they're going to want to do a big remodel and jack up rent. Ugh.

Love that car #3 & #6 are included in spidercrab's diagram. That pull through is completely fine. Let angry guy be angry.

The "Justice for Jay Meezee" facebook page is a great name, but only because he already got some justice. He also got a lesson in the Law of Superior Mass. I'd also like to see some similar run-over justice for the guys that bashed the windows of the SUV in, especially the one who did it to the window where the 2 year old little girl was sitting. Real badass move there, threatening a 2 year old.
