No, they're everywhere: Tinder, Bumble, the mall, outdoor parks, bars, bookstores, networking events, alumni events, supermarkets, concerts, starbucks, the gym, playing board games, sporting events, you name it. Most women that age I've met in big cities literally do not seem to care if you're 10-20 years older.
