Custer's intent was to have the third thing be an athletic contest of some sort that would test athletic prowess - speed, strength, agility, balance, etc. A race, a vertical jump, throwing footballs through a tire, kicking field goals, etc. And he let grear choose it because he felt confident he would already have won the contest by winning the first two rounds, one of which was already grear's selection.

I think it's only natural to expect Grear to try and maximize his edge with that selection. Him getting lkj to accept switching this into best of 300 instead of best 2 out of 3 makes this a way more interesting bet!

Lol ya probably. He could be sandbagging though. All I know is his estimated ratio from free throw to 3 pt is off. There are not going to be many 30% 3pt in practice shooters making 65 free throws in practice for rec players
