actually in regards to "fairness", custer agreed to all the little stipulations and changes you wanted to make after the first bet was proposed (ground balls + shooting), so i think it's entirely fair that you agree to the no rebounder stipulation

In regards to "fairness" I entered a bet I'm -EV in. He's the one that proposed the mystery shot, not me. The only thing I wanted to "add" was that we total all 300 shots, and since he's a better shooter, he should LOVE that add.

I didn't propose a mystery shot. I proposed a mystery athetlic competition. One would assume that would mean a skill inherent to the sport in which the competition is from. I am sure your behind the back blindfolded granny shot fits this. But I should have seen your attempt at this. I knew you wouldn't actually want to test your athletic prowess.

I also accepted the ground balls comp on a 2/3 basis. You then bailed on both of those after you proposed and I accepted. Just be glad I don't force you to do them. Your men's softball skills would have to come out to play.

Yeah, I mean, I definitely agree that trying to handicap because you're tall is silly. The original bet against Babs he was a pretty big favorite in because Babs is in bad shape and probably unathetic, which is not the case here.

I think there should definitely be a rebounder for free throws at least. The point of FTs is to get into a rhythm and standing at the line while someone rebounds for you keeps that going

3 pointers is interesting for getting your own rebounds, but 100 would make it super long. This is just my opinion and not even sure if it would be possible because of equipment necessities but an extended version of the NBA 3 point contest would be great. Moneyballs wherever you want would add some strategy and you could do 3-4 rounds and add up your score at the end. But I'm just thinking about it from a viewing perspective, that would be way more fun to watch than running around shooting 100 3s (with or without a rebounder)
