This exercise has definitely made me curious at least about the FT part, but I'm now 47 and haven't played even a half-court game of basketball for many years, so I'd be happy if I was even able to shoot 100 FTs

I tried to play yesterday after work. Realize now that won't work. The gym I go to doesn't have indoor courts so I am left training on the public ones and they were all crowded.

There are 5 really nice outdoor courts at osu though with legit backboards/rims so I should still get plenty of practice just got to go at a different time. Going tomorrow in the am
