am reading some old babs stuff. its all great of course but i especially recommend this one from 2008. its stuffed full of gambling ups and downs and there are sizzling gypsys thrown into the bargain - at one point a supposed female friend of babs shows up and starts posting up a storm

the thing with babs is that his innocence and naivety are really quite beautiful. theres a bit where someone he's been arguing with for 1200 posts 'offers' him a $500 stake, and babs just believes him and goes off about how together they will surely snap off 5dimes

its also revealed that 2008 babs thinks -EV is short for -EVEN

I always loved how he lost his bankroll in a matter of like a day and a half from making that thread.

Some of the uber threads are very funny and just a few pages. Like when babs is fiercely trying to tell everyone there is no depreciation or extra maintenance costs on a car with 51k miles. Lololol.

Though to be fair this may have been true for him because it was his uncle’s car or something.
