serious question: who's working in the kitchen, high school kids or adults? i've found that the better TBs don't have any kids in the kitchen and quality level increases in proportion to the number of older (think 25+) mexican women making your food.
this actually applies to many FF places. younger kids probably don't give the same **** as a person in their 30s just trying to scratch out a minimum wage living, help support their family, and valuing their job more.
