Del sabor vs El Gordo. Not closee. wouldn't bother going to sabor for tacos again but would maybe try a torta.

The $1 more per taco at El Gordo just gives you a much better product.

Sabor wasn't bad but it's probably 60-70th percentile for taco trucks or taquerias where as El Gordo is 95th+.

Ignore the price of tacos el gordo, that is of the price of ordering something at chili's, but 10x better.

Seems like a giant ripoff.
The chicken wings are 5 for $7.99 here, and they don't look anywhere near that good in the pics in my local menu.

LOL, even the Mickey's building is in the Santa Fe style.

The McBurgers in Sedona has turquoise arches instead of golden. Only place I've ever seen any but the standard.

This Mickey D's is located on route 89A in Sedona, but don't be disappointed when you saunter inside to order. The only change made to the restaurant was the color of the symbol -- the inside looks like a normal McDonald's. There is also no special menu with blue-colored burgers, but the drink cups and clam shell burger containers are painted with the location's bright blue signature.

This is not the only McDonald's location in the world where the arches are not golden. The Paris Champs-Elysees restaurant has neon white arches.

I guess I didn't think of the on that used to be on south strip, too. Kinda golden, yellow-colored bulbs, but in a Vegas-flashy fashion. Is that still there/

sausage crunchwrap on my way to the grocery this morning
having to wait a few minutes at the window made me wonder
this is the same place that couldn't make hashbrowns last time i went and doubled up my sausage and egg
but i was waiting because it was a fluffy, crispy, melty, and hot experience
and it seemed like there was 15% more of everything.
****ing fantastic

Fortunately, I have no experience with that. I'm thinking of the one which used to be in a strip mall. IIRC, it was on the east side, maybe down by Mandalay Bay? Anyway, the arches were yellow/gold light bulbs that would go on and off, kind of like the lights outside the Flamingo.

Final Vegas fast food, big chicken (Shaq one of the founders).

This is their Nashville hot "uncle Jerome" which wasn't that hot and I wasn't asked for a spice level on it. It was still really good except that their brioche buns are super sweet and compete rather than compliment the chicken. If I go again I'd just get strips.

Definitely true for pretty much all major chains doing Nashville hot. Not true when done well.

McD's doesn't have a choice to put their gaudy red and yellow in some places.
