I shut up unless asked.
When you spot a FF's company's tell, you don't say a ****in' word.

Spoiler:
Unless you're posting about it in the 2p2 FF thread.

this is exactly the type of post i like to see here. you've apparently found an almost perfect ff value bet and i wish i was sitting right there next to you getting the same result

Culver’s Mushroom Swiss Triple, just exquisite for a FF burger.

ice up son, you've earned it

Serious question: assuming an above average level of gluttony and general hatred of fries, what's the optimal order at Wendy's for a random dude at midnight? Assume variation is relatively important (omg 15 jbcs) and an average level of thrift (omg if we get 7 phones we can get 7 baconators for .12c)

I guess a better question is: what would you get for $10 from Wendy's?

$5 Biggie Meal and the best deal currently on your Wendy's app.

Usual order is a biggie bag and a spicy.

Spicy has been disappointing but it's a nice red-headed medley.

3~ years ago I was in a Wendy’s and saw 2 guys order and then take a tray that had at least 50 nuggets on it.

So there’s always that option.

People actually order fries and drinks from ff places? I mean $5 is a good price for that stuff but it doesn't seem particular gluttonous.

What does a baconator go for in USA#65?

I just checked my app and I see $8.89 for a baconator.

That's crazy! I don't even like the baconator. I guess I'd get the $5 sub frosty and 2 stackers or jbcs depending. That seems like a decent meal!

Unfortunately it's too late for that so it's either McD's or BK. Anyone that says big mac gets face stabbed.

Pricing I see:

Dave's Single $5.89
Dave's Double $6.79 (90c more)
Dave's Triple $7.89 ($1.10!? more)

I guess that's how they get the true gluttonous people with the extra 10 cents charge.

grando,

I vote for BK and get yourself some delectable ZESTY sauce!

Not a huge burger, not great value at $5.79/8.79 combo (not out of line though). But, combo is $6 in the app, will try the spicy version too at that price.

I rarely go there, but ended up going like 3 times over 2 weeks with pretty bad results - mainly slooow service. Yesterday, just had chicken sand, fries, drink - waited in curbside for like 20 minutes - finally went inside and was told chicken is cooking. They were polite/aologetic, but this was like 2 PM and only like 5 cars in drive-thru.
Never been to Popeyes, but the ones I've been to in the last couple years rate a 1. Slowest fast food in the game.

I frequent 3 different Popeye's here in San Antonio lately and the service at all 3 is stellar, but to be fair it hasn't always been like that.

Yeah in the same ballpark. Sweeter I think, but that may just be the onions.

I'm assuming it's the same secret sauce they put on the BK stackers.

How 'bout dem prices?

the nit in me just says get the multiple singles each time

if i'm really hungry much rather be full off 2-3 singles than still hangering for more after a double or triple

The ethos of this thread is frankenfood.

Buns gotta go!

(But yeah, I'm the same.)

The ideal play would be to order multiple singles and discard buns except for the bookends.

You get extra cheese and bacon going that way.

Extra piece of cheese on that triple wins me over.

Wait, gotta see how much bacon each gets.

I love how 2+2 went from being completely baller SHIP IT HOLLA to pinching pennies for a slice of cheese that's literally $2 for 40 at home.

The correct play is buying as many triples as you can afford/eat, getting onion rings and as much ZESTY SAUCE as you can. Shout out to BKLovin for the message reminding me of such.

The double stacker for $2 must be the best $2 item on the ff market?!
