My local Wendys and BKs and some Ricks are keeping the doors locked all day even though indoor dining is open in my state and I find it hilarious and I respect it.

I only ever get the meatball at Firehouse, so I can't compare it to JJ, although I can't see how it wouldn't be better. A good thing about JJ is you can go in the evenings and buy their leftover bread really cheap. Great for sandwiches if you want a change up from regular ol sliced bread.

Did they have the chipotle bun available? I haven't eaten at a smashburger in a long time except one time recently in an airport. The airport version did NOT have chipotle buns. That was my favorite thing about smashburger.

No disrespect, but I don't respect you if you eat inside a McDs. It's almost exclusively a homeless camp or gross kids running around in my area.

Speaking of, I just happened upon Whopper Wednesday. Grabbed an 8pc ghost nugg too (still $.40 cheaper than the 4pc). The nuggets weren’t ghostly by any stretch, but they had a decent enough heat to them and they were piping fresh. I’m not big on the BK nugget texture, but the flavor was there. In all, not a bad little detour for $3.49, imo.

Or make a trip to Costco and grab a box of 8 Marie Callender's frozen chicken pot pies currently on sale for about $8.

Which reminds me, has anyone ever tried that monstrous cook at home Costco chicken pot pie? I will often walk by them with mouth watering.

who do we think has a better pot pie kfc or boston market?

and ya i'll probably end up just grabbing some frozen pot pies from vons but very curious which one ppl would choose if getting fast food.

I incidentally live nearby the original place so grew up on it. The chicken salad is semi-famous too. It's like an all-white-meat paste of chicken and mayo with no crunch factor whatsoever, but is tasty. I add lettuce!

KFC pot pie is very underrated, and not really talked about. They used to have a 2 for $6 special on them a year or so back, and could never finish 2 of them. Very good quality imo.

I'll have to try Boston Market. Can't tell you the last time I had anything from them.

The pretzel pub stuff is finally available at Canadian Wendy's. I remember people saying it was good, I mean how can it not be? Was it better as a chicken or a beef? Both?
