I agree, McD is not the place to get your chicken fix in the current fast food landscape.

A fresh Hot and Spicy McChicken, when the cookdude(?) goes slightly heavy on the mayo, is the most delicious fast food chicken sandwich there is. The regular McChicken is toeing the line of inedibility. It sucks, like, a lot. Other chicken sandwiches there are garbage as well.

Mchickens fall under the foam/rubber pink slime chicken category. But you're right, when they try to serve something resembling an actual chicken breast, it in inexplicably worse (MarkK's experience notwithstanding).

Best nuggets in the game though...and they’re way more consistently fresh than they used to be.

Also, their grilled isn’t horrible...

I actually quite like the grilled chicken at McDo.

I prefer Wendy's nuggets.

I think everyone should.

Wendy’s nuggets are smaller, less meaty, and in my experience way tougher to get fresh batches. Fresh Wendy’s nuggets are definitely good, but I don’t know that they’re better than fresh Rick’s and they’re certainly harder to come by.

Jitb new Sauced & Loaded Fries look pretty tasty. Also LOL at sauced and loaded. They're not even trying to hide the fact anymore that their food is for the drunk and high demographic.

Their country chicken or whatever it was called, was 74% as good as CFA, and similar in taste. imo

I really like those Burger King 10pc spicy nuggets for $1.69, the King is taking us to valuetown.

I had BK breakfast for the first time in years the other day, the sausage biscuit and hashbrowns were terrible. They were so salty, it made me salty.

I forgot about CFA nuggets...but the last few times I’ve ordered them they were so disappointing that I’ve taken them out of any rotation and I’m all sandwiches nowadays. But the CFA nuggets that I like to remember were amazing.

The McDs Crispy Buttermilk Chicken sandwich is one of my favorite fast food items. I prefer it to CFA

Speaking of bad trips, look at the attached picture from the Renton WA MCD, after a recent midnight.

Homeless guy in a wheelchair in the drive thru. Ordered a coffee and some crap.

1 the order taker took this guys order in the drive thru after midnite. I've never seen someone not in a vehicle get served in a drive thru
2 guy split his order into multiple checks, and was getting declined. This took 5 to 10 minutes to work out
3 when i got to the window, order taker said he was a local and that he couldn't not serve someone in a wheelchair. Order taker was mid 20s white guy with a mild accent, eastern European imo
4 dude did not my confirm my order and charged me for another person's order, which was over 20 bucks
5 at the pickup window wheel bro was belligerent and was given his coffee for free
6 i had to wait another 5 mins or so to get a refund AND get charged for my order
which was 2 freaking mcchicken's

Worst drive thru experience ever. I need to file a complaint.

People people people, strips are the play at CFA, not nuggets. Strips on the side of your regular or spicy sandwich combo.

Due to the lack of spicy nuggets or strips I'm going to say a second spicy sandwich (non-deluxe) is the optimal play.

i thought you were gonna end up paying for the homeless wheel chair guys meal.

Wheelchair guy would have been denied service where I live.

You can't even go through a drive thru on a motorcycle here. Cars and trucks only.
