He's an enthusiast, I think. Also, they have to pretend to have experts on everything.

CNN’s Don Lemon has been entertaining all sorts of theories about the missing Malaysian Airlines Flight 370, including the chance something “supernatural” happened, but on Wednesday night, he actually asked panelists about the possibility a black hole was involved.
Wait, this didn't seriously happen, did it?

lolllll just watched the video.

"Black holes, that's what people are saying... I know it's preposterous but.... IS it preposterous, do you think, Mary?"

Gotta fill that airtime with something I guess.

Don Lemon asked the guys in the 777 simulator if they could "plug in" a crash in the Himalayas to see if it was possible. Lol. Amazing how clueless these talking heads look when they aren't reading from a TelePrompTer.

From BBC:

"Following specialist analysis of this satellite imagery, two possible objects related to the search have been identified."

Sounds very promising. When's this announcement coming in minutes? 4.20am and I need sleep

I feel like I'm playing Sim City and my disaster capabilities have been removed. What a disappointing end.

doubt the currents are strong enough to make debris move more than 30 or 40 miles at most. If it blew up mid air they could be scattered pretty wide though.

Very interesting indeed. Shipping container falling of a freighter apparently around 12m long.

Reading between the lines, seems like they're very confident, even though of course they can't say so. They're diverting all search assets to that area.

I found it interesting that he said "we've received satellite imagery". US spy satellites using Aussies as a cover?

LOL at anyone who doesn't think with all the technology we have and all the attention given to air travel that some people don't know exactly what happened to that plane. Most likely explanation: there was someone on board that USA #1 wanted dead.

Ah, the clip I saw was only like 2 mins long so that bit could easily have been missing.

Yeah so they took down a whole plain instead of liquidating the person on the ground. Seems like a great theory..

Whats it like to be stupid? Like, do you know that you're stupid, and wish you were smarter? Or does everything just feel normal to you?

That's some pretty epic super villainy. The USA is so powerful and dastardly that they want, like, a guy dead, and instead of just shooting the dude, or poisoning him, or droning him, or sending him to a CIA blacksite, or all the things they do to normal terrorists, they seize the opportunity to off him by -- commandeering a passenger jet somehow, and flying it into the Indian Ocean undetected except not, because - wait, why would they do all that **** again, instead of just shooting the dude?
