His "piles of black friends" couldn't really be happy with his decision. WTF". He is so ignorant. There should be more interracial marriages not less to help people get over this race issue. I'm tired of color being an issue with these ignorant fks.

I don't see why his black friends would be any more put out by it than his white ones.

I don't agree with his conclusion/policy, but I do agree with him that life must be pretty difficult for a mixed-race kid for the reason he gives. And it must have been especially true in his era/locale. I would like to see if the ACLU's letter had a more substantive argument than "lol bigot." His position certainly does not make it clear he is a bigot, although that toilet line...

I find it pretty hilarious that this thread title is a direct quote from a Louisiana JP, though, I assumed I was clicking on an awesomely-titled dream thread.

I'll probably have to be on the lookout for this guy, since I'm one half of an interracial couple in Louisiana.

I just realized I am a mixed race kid... my mom is white and my dad is indian. This has been such a non issue in my life that even reading this article I didn't really realize/think about this. I grew up mainly in Texas. Lol @ life being difficult for mixed race kids.

His position gives you enough information to deduce that he is either a bigot or such an immense idiot that he should be stripped of any responsibility he has in our legal system.

Attention thread ******s,

Justice of the Peace ≠ Judge.

OP is inaccurate he is a Justice of the Peace not a judge. I'm not sure what a JP does, I presume they are just some sort of bureaucratic civil servant of the town or city he works in. And it's not like the town is refusing to give them a license, they just have to go to somebody else. I don't see this as a huge injustice in practical terms. On principle it is a very ******ed standpoint for a representative of the government to take and is grounds for dismissal.

In Louisiana they are real judges, but with very limited scope.

Well outside of Dallas and other parts of the South, marrying your cousin is frowned upon.

I am married. I didn't ask permission from anyone but my wife. And I didn't tell any strangers about our decision.

Slightly off topic question. Have any married folks ever had to prove legal marriage? Under what circumstances?

Seriously. When I am dictator, I will make a law forbidding intraracial marriages, in hopes of saving the human race.

The fact that this kind of ignorant thinking remains so pervasive, combined with the absurdly high birthrate of the lowest common denominator of mankind, means we really are heading towards 'Idiocracy'.

There are literally no social or genetic benefits from intraracial breeding (in fact it is -ev for humanity, imo), but the benefits of mixing races are plentiful and multifaceted. Since I was very young, I have said that, if I do breed, I want to breed with a non-white (my race, obv). It wouldn't be the least substantial thing I did for mankind in my life, that is for certain.

If only the Fascists of the 20th century did not give us such a bad rap, I might actually rise to power.
I hope this is a Level. if not you are just as bad as the Judge/District Justice/Magistrate.

interracial marriage is a scheme dreamed up by the international Jew to dilute the gentile Gene pool while ensuring Jews will maintain their intellectual superiority and continue to economically subjugate the cognitively diluted masses.... imo

Parts of my post were obviously levels and parts were not. If you are not capable of deciphering which are which, it sounds like it was a successful post.

Either way, you have your head up your ass if you think a restriction on marriage that creates a stronger gene pool, ends racism, and dissolves one of the divides that causes war, poverty, and a whole **** ton of unnecessary hatred is nearly as bad as a restriction that contributes to the preservation of such negativity, hinders the evolution of the human race, and propagates stupidity. Equating the two is LOL irrational.

In but a few generations of 100% interracial breeding, we could make giant leaps in social progress and genetics. Along with the dissolution of organized religion, and the ultimate breakdown of National borders, we could greatly increase our potentials for peace, physical health, prosperity, and ultimately, our existence on this earth. Need I mention that Interracial humans are WAYYYYYY more attractive on average.

I think interracial breeding should be highly encouraged. It is one of the most productive things my generation and generations to come can do as humans, and as I said, it is a practice I hope to partake in my life.

As far as the fascist inferences go, I am not entirely serious. I, of course, do not believe in the practices of any of the fascists of the 20th century. I do think that the majority of people, including myself, make horrible choices for themselves and society. I highly doubt that 90% of the worlds population would not have an improved existence if they were not making all of their own choices. In practice, I would never support it, of course, unless I was the one in charge, LDO.

"God damn those half Japanese girls. They do it to me every time."

I am having trouble figuring out what ******* is, but you are most likely wrong. My post was meant as a joke, but I probably should not have made it because it could be considered racist, which I am not. I just thought it was funny based on how out of whack this "justice of peace" sense of reality is. I mean seriously, how racist can this guy be. I have friends of many races, but I would never even contemplate considering them as a "pile"

That being said, Europeans (and pretty much every other country) have a much better view on race(s) than we do here in the U.S. The overly-political correctness and other biases actually prevents our society from advancing more than it helps it.
