yeah, saw this story last week but didn't want to link and give gawker the clicks. even though there's a couple of people in the comments saying stuff (and there were when it was originally posted a few years back also), it's still a joke that they can keep linking this unfounded stuff. it's just such a pathetic website. one of the comments mentions a sarah silverman podcast(?) where she talks about turning around once and louis had his dick out. that could be interesting to listen to but there was no source linked.

it did make me think of the jim story also, but i don't think the description checks out (doesn't he describe him as a famous movie star in the intro? at work so not going to check). 2007 louis isn't fitting that bill.

Think J.J. says "famous movie comedian." Although Louis was at that Just For Laughs, agree that he's not who comes to mind for that time period.

Here's an article with J.J. where he talks about the bit.

EL: Did you feel you had to wait a few years before telling that story? JJ: I’ve never said who the comedian is. I never told anyone the names of the girls. I never got anyone else in trouble. What I have done is I’ve lied about what year it happened and maybe where I was. I’ve left little bits of incorrect information so people can’t figure it out.
heh, good link

there is no ethical code male comedians sign onto that deems showing your dick to a girl who's come to your room as misconduct, let alone sexual assault.

Well at least Louie looks the part. On the subject of Kirkman, her Drunk History episode on Frederick Douglas is fantastic.

It’s so crazy because when you consider the risk in pulling out your dick and whacking off in front some chick, speaking not of even the damage you’re doing, but the risk--ruining your career, getting sued for a ton of money, being labelled a sex offender, not to mention what your two daughters are going to think of you. Yet he still does it! Which you could only really surmise, that it must be really good.

I love Mounds Bars, it’s my favorite thing. If someone said to me if you eat another Mounds bar you’ll lose you career, end up a registered sex offender and your daughters will be ashamed of you … I would stop eating them. Because they are great, but they're not as great as pulling it out and whacking it in front of some woman who wants nothing to do with your penis is to a creepy perv.

Nice, that's nice.

Showed my wife that SNL clip and she was on the kinda offended side but not overly so.

this is what's so scary about stuff like this.
not even a single legitimate accusation much less anything remotely substantiated n ppl are already going to assume it's true and it will become attached to him.

and it's real easy to have these things linked to you in ppls minds, much harder to get it unlinked even if proven to be false.

what's weird is specifically for louis I could be totally shocked that it's true but somehow also totally not shocked whatsoever.

obv I really hope it's false.

of course, and you're talking to gregorio who has clearly made his mind up on exactly what louis has and hasn't done, and is also majorly butthurt that we're discussing this in here and not a separate topic with the title of '*** LOUIS CK IS A CONFIRMED CREEP ***'.

good, not great article about why this whole gawker thing is a bit of an embarrassment, with intelligent comments for once:

http://www.deathandtaxesmag.com/2489...ation-victims/

it's not just gawker of course, you have a ton of sites who have reported their allegations as fact, including this example, where actual real-life verifiable harassment is thrown in with the rumoured louis stuff as if it's one and the same:

http://flavorwire.com/519544/the-par...ld-know-better

but yeah, it's hard to read this stuff without somewhat believing it (which is why it's so dangerous), and i'm certainly at the point where i certainly believe 'something' is happening / has happened, though i doubt that is salacious as some of the anonymous comments make out. for example i am having trouble believing that louis has a proclivity for whipping his dick out every time he's in a bar or restaurant.

i am not defending him, if he is doing stuff it should be addressed properly and punished appropriately. but under the current situation there is essentially zero reputable evidence against him, which is why i find this whole gawker approach repugnant. in their initial article from 2 years ago they didn't even name him, they would just display links to it every time they posted a legitimate news piece on him. so dumb.

What? I read the same article everyone else did in which they report a bunch of anonymous allegations and then made a couple of jokes. Didn't even go so far as to say

Man I wish Louie whipped his dick out for me, Id be on it like Louie CK on a mounds bar

I bet that move has worked a LOT with the various comedy groupies around the world he has shagged

He is, however, an extremely unattractive man, even Cloondog would be doing it tough flopping it out willy nilly to every woman he saw

Surely you have gotta get some sort of signal before doing it though, maybe harder to pick those up when youre megahigh on coke

I will be seriously bummed if Louie turns out to be the creep that people are making him out to be.

I saw some documentary where they showed there's some physiological thing where sex drive actually impedes your normal fear and judgment centers. Procreation is basically the only instinct stronger than self-preservation.

Watch any documentary: "the wildebeest, normally cautious around the watering hole, loses all inhibition during mating season..." If risk of losing your life isn't enough deter sexual behavior, losing your career certainly isn't.

Look at Anthony Weiner. Or Elliot Spitzer. Or Jimmy Swaggert. Or Bill Clinton. The list goes on ad infinitum.

If anyone has showtime do yourself a favor and check out Brad Williams easily one of the top 5 comedy specials of the past few years. Would rate him up there w/ Bill Burr, Jim Jeffries and Amy Schumer.

seems irrational to expect rational decision making when sex, money, drugs or power are on the line. if stories continue to come out like that, at some point, you've got to assume it's true or there's a masterful conspiracy against him.

Watched two of Jim Norton's specials on Netflix (unsure if there's more). Loved him.

I know Shlesinger is fairly popular itt. My first viewing of her atm watching her special from this year and she's absolutely killing it. Love her too and defo searching for more when this is over. Her RaptorVag bit is phenomenal.
