Aside from runners/walkers/horses/other dog owners who wish for his animals to be contained while using the same loop, as well as the home owners who don't want his dogs running across their property, sure, totally fine.

I'll try training my dog to pee and poop directly on the sidewalk so there's no problem.

I let my dogs do large chocolate logs on my neighbours driveway because I know I have no right now to go on their property. They are hostile douchewods. He saw this happen one day and says

Him: 'Pick that effin **** up you tossa
Me: Its on your property am I allowed to come on?
Him: When he's doing that you clear it the eff up (He was raging and his wife came out all hysterical)

Anyway I followed my dog down the side of his house and sat down on the garden bench whilst my dog ran around in the paddling pool and wee'd on the bushes . He threatens to kick my ass and his wife ran inside to phone the police

Moral of the story: ppl are dumb and don't like dogs

3 acres is not that big. That's like 15-20 seconds of your dog running before he's off the property. If you live anywhere that could be called a neighborhood you should probably keep your dog on leash.

Why are people still feeding the blatant troll? And why isn't the troll banned or at least contained yet?
