You could be infected and having no symptoms.
One of the worst perspectives to have in this crises is one of individuated risk.
You probably have a very very low risk of any serious illness but with unsocial non considerate behaviour you can pose a massive risk to others.
Its fairly easy to be the first link in a chain of causality that leads to someone or several someones who are vulnerable contracting the illness.
So get tested imo, and if positive, man up and stay home.
