Is there any way to demand information about the affiliate you used to sign up if Full Tilt is denying rakeback? Last time I tried to add RakeBackPros, Full Tilt support said I signed up with an affiliate. I'm almost positive I did not sign up through an affiliate as I knew nothing about poker before starting and did not visit any poker sites. I want to remain on FT, but not without rakeback.

RAKEBACK PROBLEMS

Im in the same boat. I am 100% positive I signed up from FTP's website 3-4 years ago and they will not provide me rakeback or any information on affiliate I supposedly signed up through. Now that I'm getting serious about poker, rakeback would help a ton. Any help for aaron and I would be appreciated.

I'm not saying FT won't give people rakeback, I'm saying that there's no evidence that sending a "I won't play there until I get rakeback" makes a person get on a list they wouldn't otherwise get on, nor make the process happen faster.

I've seen people send such letters and get rakeback in three days, I've seen people send such letters and get rakeback in over two months. Which leads me to believe they have a dump schedule and when that date comes, everyone in the pool gets it.

I've been playing at FTP for about a year and, as many others, learned about rakeback later on. I tried to get it through SnG Grinders a couple of months ago and they couldn't set it up for me. Two days ago I applied through RBP and they had me approved with 24 hours.

I couldn't be happier, I'm due for my first payment on the last Friday of the month and can't wait. They also have a race with a price on the side for the players who rake the most, that looks interesting.
