Plan to read Ryan Fee's book again, as well as finish Easy Game, and read TDA's pooh bah all the way through.
And, move over to stars and play maybe 10k hands for the month.
Oops, forgot about these.
Almost finished Easy Game
Moved to Stars
On target for 10k+ hands
If I play too much of NLHE I get bored. Same applies to PLO. If I play too much of one thing I just get bored, so I try to mix it up every few weeks by playing a few hands of another game here and there.
Play 8-games then.
You get to play a bunch of different games vs the softest possible villains for the stake.
Ha I suck at HU.
In cheap tourneys I have a pretty good record HU but been trying out some play money and I lose badly against the 100 VPIP guys who complete every SB and call every 3x.
They're letting me see free flops and I can't beat them
It is fun to suckout. 0.66vpp to go for chromestar.
On Stars they credit you the points after you left the table. So there is no telling how much points you accumulated.
Just a reminder - you're playing no limit. You're best served to play the most exaggerated exploitable style to maximally exploit your opponents and maximize your winnings. That's something I learned with play money, and it definitely applied to certain opponents I ran into at real money tables. I could be wrong, but I honestly believe that I'm able to extract more value from fish than the average grinder b/c of my toying around with play money
Especially with play money, you can do things like bet in relation to effective stack size instead of pot size. eg otf, the pot is 20 and the effective stack is 200, bet 85. Just experiment with things you would never dream of doing in real money games (yet), and you'll be surprised with the results
Ye, don't up your tables from 6 to 12 it's bad for your development as a player as you don't have time to think through hands properly which means you don't improve as quickly. Being a nit beats 2nl, but it doesn't beat much more.
I'd just aim for a realistic volume amount, but playing maybe 4 tables and really concentrating on getting better.
I keep reading that when people donk flop they fold most of the time when raised, but my experience is that they fold almost none of the time when raised.
Could have a flush draw, but by the river think it's too thin to bet given the board run out and his calling range could have made some two pair type hands.
It's because he had so little left behind.
I thought he's not calling $1.75 and holding 45c back if he's calling at all he'll probably come over the top.

Not really that wet of a board. Tiny SPR. Against a decent player I'd be cbetting much much smaller as my range would crush that board.
You're just giving people a chance to fold basically when we never want that.
Just because you play HU doesn't mean you know what you're talking about. Just because your ranges are wider doesn't give you an excuse for them being awful.
If you really want to, please do enlighten me on why what you did is good because my tiny little 6max brain doesn't understand.
