thats not a terrible argument.

the media here in australia basically reamed India in the weeks leading up to the games with all those same stories and reasons for it not being safe to go there as you probably got. some of our atheletes pulled out as well but not that many. safety and health should never be a concern for such events but in these games it is.

Yeah there's been a story on the news at least every days since it just before it started about how crappy everything is and the athletes that have pulled out.

andy, do you have foxtel. the coverage is pretty decent compared to the cut and paste tripe they roll out on free to air.

oh and lol at the patheticness of this whole shambles. but mostly at that stupid b**** who came last after she false started and was then allowed to race because 'omg, there was a moth in my mouth', wtf? nice reason lol

its also funny how the timing and scoring equipment is failing all the time in many events held in empty stadiums.

but amyway...its all meh. carryon.

I have Austar , but I didn't want to pay the $20 extra to get the Delhi channels because I don't care enough about the event.

Especially at the moment when the baseball playoffs are starting,NFL games a couple of times a week ,NBA preseason games on and College football a couple of times a week.
